Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Foundgrove LLC (“Foundgrove,” “we,” “us”) is a remote-first, US-based digital marketing agency. This policy covers foundgrove.com and the forms on it.

2. What this site collects

What you type into a form. A work email address is the only required field. Depending on which form you use, we also ask for your name, company, phone number, service area, industry, and whatever you write in the message box. Optional fields stay optional.

Context attached to that submission. When you submit, the request also carries: which page and form it came from, any utm_ campaign parameters present in the URL you arrived on, the referring URL your browser reports, your browser's user-agent string, and a timestamp.

What we never ask for. This site has no payment, account, or file-upload surface. It does not request payment details, government identifiers, or health information, and there is nowhere on it to enter them.

Measurement data. We also receive information gathered automatically through cookies and analytics — IP address, browser, and pages visited — and conversion-tracking signals from our advertising partners.

3. Where a submission goes

The form posts to an endpoint on this site, which immediately forwards it to a third-party form-delivery service that relays it to us by email. This website keeps no database and stores no submission of its own — once the message is relayed, our copy lives in email and in whatever tools we use to reply to you.

If you book a call, the scheduling page embeds Calendly's scheduler in a frame. Anything you enter there goes to Calendly directly and is handled under Calendly's own privacy policy, not this one.

4. How we use it

We use what you send to reply to you, to produce the audit or teardown you asked for, and — if we end up working together — to run the engagement. We also send marketing communications you opt into, and use analytics data to understand site performance and to optimise our paid advertising. We do not sell personal information. We do not add people who request an audit to a marketing list without asking first.

5. Analytics, cookies, and third-party scripts

This site sets no cookies of its own. Where analytics is switched on, Google Analytics 4 and/or Google Tag Manager load and set their own cookies; GA4 runs with IP anonymization enabled. If no measurement ID is configured, no analytics script loads at all.

We also use conversion-tracking pixels (Google Ads, Meta) to measure marketing performance. Web fonts are served from this domain rather than fetched from a third party, and the only third-party frame on the site is Calendly's scheduler, which loads only on the booking page.

You can opt out of analytics via your browser settings or by enabling Do-Not-Track, and we honour Global Privacy Control signals. You can also block analytics cookies with an extension; nothing on this site depends on them.

6. Retention

We retain inquiry data for 24 months after last contact, marketing-list data until you unsubscribe, and analytics data per Google's default retention windows. Server logs are rotated every 30 days. Ask us and we will tell you what we still hold and delete it. Email hello@foundgrove.com.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port the personal information we hold about you. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA. Email hello@foundgrove.com to exercise any of them and we will act on it.

8. Third parties we rely on

We share data with vetted vendors only as necessary to deliver services: hosting (Vercel, which serves every page and keeps standard web-server request logs), email (Postmark), CRM (HubSpot), analytics (Google), and ad networks (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn). Each vendor signs a data processing agreement. Calendly also receives what you enter if you use the scheduler. We do not share your information with anyone else for their own marketing.

9. Changes and contact

We may update this policy; the version posted at this URL is the one that applies. Questions about it? Email hello@foundgrove.com.
