What happens on the strategy call?
On the call, Hyder Shah screen-shares a live audit of your website, ad accounts (if any), and AI search visibility across Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and Perplexity. You'll get 3-5 specific, prioritized recommendations on the call and a written 90-day growth plan delivered within 48 hours — whether you hire Foundgrove or not.
Will I be pitched?
No. We only take work we're confident we can move the revenue line on — if we're not a fit, we'll tell you and point you to a better option. There is no slide deck, no scripted close, and no follow-up sales sequence. If we believe we can move your revenue line, we'll say so. If we don't, we'll point you to a better-fit specialist or playbook you can run yourself.
How long is the call?
The strategy call is exactly 30 minutes. The first 5 minutes cover your goals and current bottlenecks, the next 20 are a live screen-share audit, and the final 5 are tactical Q&A and next-step options. We respect the time block — if we run over, you'll always get to choose whether to keep going.
Who will I be talking to?
A senior strategist runs the audit himself — you're never routed to a junior SDR, an account manager, or an offshore content mill. You'll talk to the person who actually does the work.
What should I have ready before the call?
Bring three things: your website URL, view-only access to Google Analytics or your ad accounts (optional but useful), and your top revenue goal for the next 90 days. That's it — no questionnaires, no pre-call homework, no NDAs. The audit covers everything else live on the screen-share.
What if my time zone isn't listed?
